There are actually two versions of this song--"Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You". There is one by Lauryn Hill, and the original by Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. I was informed recently that a guy called "Gene Barry" in the early to middle sixties wrote and performed the song and the first female to cover it was "Lesley Gore" am I right or have I been misinformed.Frankie Vallie sang it at a later date and it become a hit for him and "The Four Seasons"TonyMc
