MusicPattinson plays guitar and piano, and composes his own music.[34] He also appears as the singer of two songs on the Twilightsoundtrack: "Never Think", which he co-wrote with Sam Bradley,[35] and "Let Me Sign", which was written by Marcus Foster and BobbyLong.[36] The songs were included in the film after director Catherine Hardwicke added Pattinson's recordings into an early cut without his knowledge, and he agreed that "one of them specifically, it really made the scene better. It was like it was supposed to be there."[5] The soundtrack for the film How To Be features three original songs performed by Pattinson[37] and written by composer Joe Hastings.[38]
He co-wrote Let Me Sign
It is the first verse and chorus of the song Let me Sign sung by star of Twilight Robert Pattinson. ~SIGH~. He wrote this song along with one of his friends...don't know the friends name. She was standing there by the broken tree Her hands were all twisted she was pointing at me I was damned by the light coming out of her eyes She spoke with a voice that disrupted the sky She said walk on over into bitter shade, I will wrap you in my arms and you'll know you've been saved' Let me sign, let me sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign. I was out for a drink in a soho bar The air was smoked out liked a cheap cigar She rose out of her seat like a painted ghost She was the woman that I wanted the most As she reached for my arm I gave her my hand I said 'Lay me down easy let me understand' Let me sign, let sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign. As I walked through the door she was still in my head As I entered the room she was laid there in bed She reached out for me all twisted in black I was on my way down, never coming back Let me sign, let me sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign. Let me sign, let me sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign.
Yes. He wrote the song and it was used in that scene. However, there is only one version of it available, and it is only 2 minutes or so. You can find it on Limewire, etc. It's called "Let Me Sign."

Edward Cullen wrote (in the book) Bella's lullaby. In the movie he wrote Never Think and Let me Sign. In the movie, the song Bella's lullaby was actually called "the river flows in you" by carter buwell.
the song let me sign, i think personally, is someone giving their will and handing themselves over, in place of the one they love. 'let me sign , you cant fight with the devil so let me sign' giving his soul for hers.
he actually wrote 2 let me sign which plays when edward is sucking the venom from Bella in the ballet studio and never think which plays when edward and bells are in the restaurant

If you look in the credits at the end of the movie it shows "Let Me Sign" was written by Marcus Foster and Bobby Long and "Never Think" was co-written by Robert Pattinson. According to the credits both were performed by him. They weren't originally in the movie but the director, Catherine Hardwicke, added them in an early cut. They were only kept because Pattinson especially liked one of them, saying," It really made the scene better. It was like it was supposed to be there." My guess would be "Let Me Sign" because it really does fit the scene perfectly.
No. Its the song that's when edward is sucking the venom out of her. And its called LET ME SIGN. Not LET YOU SIGN. theres a difference there people.
