It would come down to Hulk, superman, and thor. Superman and Thor would work together to fight hulk. And then superman vs thor. With all power from superman, he can pick up thor's hammer and throw it at Thor. So superman would win

Are there teams, or is it every man for himself? Assuming it is every man on his own, then I say that Hulk or Iron Man somehow get ahold of Captain America, who wounds Spiderman (but doesn't kill him). Either Stark or Hulk kill Captain America, and Wolverine picks off the wounded Spiderman. In almost what is a Mexican-standoff Wolverine attacks Hulk and Iron Man manages to call for his Hulk-Buster armor. Wolverine is eventually taken out of the fight, dead or alive, and Iron Man beats Hulk with his armor. The Hulk will destroy the hulkbuster, but will have been severely beaten by it, and Tony Stark (Iron Man) will figure out a way to use his normal armor to manuever around and kill the Hulk
