Godzilla easily. The whale is only 45 meters while Godzilla can be around 50 to 120 meters in height. All Godzilla needs to do is to blow Moby up with his atomic breath and then the battle is over

The battle will be a draw if the whale and the squid ever fought. If there would be a clear winner the slight edge will go to the Kraken due to its experience on wrecking more ships than Moby has and having multiple skills with it’s tentacles
