I think that the first world heavyweight champion was hhh because bishop gave the title to hhh because he was jealous that smackdown had a big great title which was the wwe title and raw did not have a title. But also there was more holder titles but that was on WCW and i don't now WCW. So hope i helped out a little in Wrestling.
