The Beyonce song "Signs" (I love all y'all) was done for her album Dangerously in Love in 2003.

Depends on which Signs you're speaking of: Five Man Electric Jam recorded the song first, Tesla did a cover in the late 80's on their album Five Man Acoustical Jam.
