I believe it is Sandra Moss, wife at the time of Jerry Moss, Herb Alpert's partner. Although there is no published credit, if you look closely at the album covers for South of the Border and What Now My Love, the female model and Herb Alpert are wearing identical clothes for both albums. I examined the faces under magnification, and the woman's face appears of to be same person for both album covers. It's possible that both images were from the same photo shoot, and were selected for the 2 different album covers.
