It was originally recorded my Shep (or Sheep get it?!? ha ha ha) and the Limelites in 1961. It was next recorded by Jermaine (or Germaine Germson, it's another joke) Jackson in 1972. And a similar titled song by Usher called "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)" in December 2009.
