I believe it's Tom Wopat (of the T.V.'s "Dukes Of Hazard"- he's sung on Braodway for years, and it sure sounds like him.
Update as of 12/02/12: I listened to the video clip and it does not sound anything like Tom Wopat I am sorry to say. Tom Wopat has a very distinctive voice.
