Four knocks, on a glass door. Earlier, Wilfred becames trapped in a booth, which he entered so that a frightened technician could escape the counterpart booth opposite it. However this booth is about to flood with lethal radiation. He knocks again to get the Doctor's attention, and the Doctor realises Wilfred's connection to him.
