In the 1960s sitcom Hogan's Heroes, Bob Crane played the title character, Colenel Robert Hogan, who was the senior prisoner of war in the German P.O.W. camp Luft-stalag 13.

In a 2009 parody of the show, done on the comedy show Robot Chicken, The title character is played/voiced (it is acted out with Action Figures) by Hulk Hogan (THe joke is that Hulk Hogan and various 80s wrestlers are in the camp, as opposed to the WW2 Soldiers).
