Movie-Rights are usually owned by the Production-company who bears all expenses borne by that Film, the producer and certified Movie distributors also have rights but that is subjected to T&C* as stated by the Production Company's Intellectual Property and Copyright Law Representatives.

Of the 2 Gremlin movies produced till date, it was distributed by Warner Bros and in 2002 Warner Home Video got it released in the DVD format . Two other Hollywood heavyweights, Steven Spielberg and Mike Finnell who were credited producers had their studio Amblin Entertainment logo appear for the the 1st time on Screen. Warner and Amblin has the secured "all rights reserved" tag for the movie "Gremlins".

The Movie which was released on June 8,1984 was Directed by Joe Dante and is based on the 1943 novel of the same name by Roald Dahl, the adapted screenplay for this Movie was written by the Late Chris Columbus of the Home Alone series fame. A Rumor of a third sequel is rife as reported by the Entertainment magazine Vulture, that Warner Bros in touch with Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment for another sequel. In 2011Warner Bros renewed its hold on the domain name.
