The majority of what was once Seagram is now owned by the #1 and #2 Spirit companies in the world. Diageo and Pernod Ricard split the brands up when Vivendi sold off the spirits portion of the company. They retained the entertainment portion. Since the original split some of the brands have gone to other companies. I believe Four Roses was purchased by Kirin Brewing for example.
