The actress filmed in silhouette on the Symbicort commercial is Molly Culver who played Tasha on the series V.I.P. which featured Pamela Anderson back in the late 90's. She can now be seen on the Olive Garden commercial with Sarah Hyland who plays Haley on the new ABC series Modern Family, and another woman playing a grandmother. However, recently they have dubbed over her with another actress's voice. It is still her silhouette. I am not sure why they even have an actress saying all these things and not being able to see her, and then changing the voice we as consumers hear. It is very strange, but those are the facts. It is also kind of an annoying commercial, too.
