The leader of Big Bang is G-Dragon / GD (Kwon Jiyong).
Most South Korea idol group are led by the oldest member. Even though GD isn't the oldest (he's 2nd oldest), he was the longest trainee between all of Big Bang's member, along with his other member Taeyang (Youngbae).
