Sofia Shinas played the title role in "Valerie 23" and is not the same girl as the one in the Outer Limits opening. So the question remains, who is the girl in the opening? I concur... that is not the same actress/model that was in the intro video.. .still trying to find out who she was.

If there's a roller skating girl in the opening credits of an episode, you'll have to specify which episode and which season this happens, otherwise your question is impossible to answer, without watching 153 opening credit sequences. Having said that, it would be possible to answer your question if this girl was part of the story & had a speaking part since she'd most likely be listed in the credits, however if she was a paid extra or even simply a citizen they happened to film during location shooting it would be impossible to know who she was.

The opening credits for "ABC's That Girl of Sports" (1966) had the show's theme song composed by Charles Fox playing over a montage of clips from "That Girl" (1966) starring Marlo Thomas and Ted Bessell. A voiceover is heard saying "Spanning the globe to bring you the constant variety of a girl: the thrill of Marlo, and the agony of her feet, the human drama of acting, this is ABC's That Girl of Sports".
