He is a bad man who may pick pocket (steal) your wallet in the Sims 2.
He usually goes after rich sims. How he does it is he comes up to a sim and puts
his hand around their back and waves his hand across in a wide motion and reaches
for your wallet. If this happens to anyone you can call the police with a phone. If he does this to you you can cuff him (put him in cuffs) but you need a lot of body skills to
cuff him. He only comes on community lots.
