I Think it is Haldir who you are talking about, he is the main elf although im not sure if it is legolas hugs him although im pretty confident it is him
It could also be Aragorn when he returns from falling off the cliff in the previous batte with the wargs.
If you do mean Tengwar, the link below shows an image of the symbols of how to write it.That question is not readily answerable, as there are several scripts used by the Elves (although you probably mean Tengwar), and those scripts again have several different modes of writing depending on when, where, and by whom it was written. I would suggest further research, or to ask in a reliable forum etc. However (as it is apparently a not so uncommon error): do not try to type "Legolas" and convert it to a Tengwar/etc computer font, as this only results in gibberish.NOTE: Legolas (Silvan), Laegolas (Sindarin), Greenleaf (English), so Legolas already is Elvish.
Answer I think about 6' 1" or more. But not less. Elves were pretty tall. Actually when he stands next to Aragorn he is about the same size even slightly taller. Aragorn being 198 cm (6 feet 6 inches like Dolph Lundgren). I would put Legolas height at between 200 to 210 cm (my guess is anywhere between 203 and 208 cm (most likely somewhere between 205-206 cm). Maybe in the book he is supposed to be shorter than Strider or Aragorn. But some elves are noticeably taller than Aragorn.Orlando Bloom, who plays the character Legolas in the movies, is 5' 11".

Catheters should be removed from patients in whom these devices are still present.

Grahm the Man is a boy whom Emily has a deep love passion for, along with another boy who she says she doesn't like, I shan't say his name on the internet though.....
D.O. is what or whom I.O. is to whom or for whom
Yes, "whom" can be the object of a preposition (for whom, with whom, of whom, etc.).
Give the letter to Mary. to whom? The letter is for Mary. for whom?

It is spelt "whom". It is the objective form of "who".
To whom it may concern Who is a subject pronoun; it is used as the subject of a verb. Whom is an object pronoun. If you find you can replace who/whom with he, she, or they, who is correct. If you find you've replaced who/whom with him, her, or them, then whom is correct.
with whom
Whom is translated as "किसे" in Hindi. It is used when referring to the object of a verb in a sentence.
