The eldest daughter of Martha Jean "The Queen" Steinberg is singer, songwriter and recording artist, Dianne Steinberg (a.k.a. Diane Steinberg Lewis). Introduced as an actress, with Peter Frampton and the Bee Gees in the RSO movie, "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", she played the role of "Lucy" In The Sky with Diamonds. She has recorded albums with Atlantic Records, ABC Records, RSO and Word Records (Rejoice Label) and her own label, Inspiration Time Records. Well-known to 'The Queen's' listeners as a performer and arranger in the music industry, Dianne also composed WQBH's station ID cues, trailers and DJ theme songs. When Martha Jean passed in 2000, Dianne stepped into her mother's role as host of the Inspiration Time mid-morning show which developed a burgeoning fan base affectionately dubbing her "Detroit's Own Lady Di". Since 2003, she resides in California with her husband and two children, and is still active in music as an arranger and accompanist for performance groups in her area.
