If you are asking which women sing the songs played during the credits at the end of the Lord of the Rings movies, there are three different women singing three different songs. The song at the end of The Fellowship of the Ring is "May it Be" performed by Enya. The song at the end of The Two Towers is "Gollum's Song" by Emiliana Torrini. Finally, the Academy Award winning song at the end of The Return of the King is "Into the West" sung by Annie Lennox. See related links for audio/video to each of the songs.
When Miley is singing that song she's singing about no matter how hard life can be there's always going to be big obstacles but you'll get through them and even when it seems hard the experience is good for you because in the end you'll make it through life.
