Who is portia in The Hunger Games?

I would imagine that Portia acts to Peeta as Cinna does to Katniss. She is probably someone who seems to understand everything you tell her and she is seen to get very emotional. She supports Katniss just is Cinna does and seems to go hand in hand with him and be a great help during the games. She also has and eye for style and knows what works best for an individual. She is her own person, and just as Cinna is, she isn' t emotionally ruled by those in charge of her.

Portia is never really focused on as a character,as Katniss never really speaks to her,and the entire book is in Katniss' perspective,so really there is no answer to your question. You just need to figure her out for yourself,based on what you know. In my opinion,Portia seems to be sweet enough. I don't know if you've seen the movie adaptation of The Hunger Games,but if you have,notice that Portia is a little quiet:she is not a woman of many words.
