olivier jasko is a professional hotelier restaurateur,he worked for sheraton,club med,pierre victoire group as a quality controleur,he has a master in hotel catering management worked for him ,i was manager he was my boss before he set up several business in France and Ireland work as well as a consultant he is tuff but strait he is as well a very talented chef,that make him very difficult to fool for any chef.he is very good to set up training program i did learn a lot with him as a boss
