Olivier Jasko Is the owner of the Connemara Lake hotel outside Galway but he has sold the lease apparently . He was the MD and the executive Head chef there and He used to own Jasko s Bistro in Dublin which was a huge success ,for me it was the best restaurant in Dublin I used to eat there twice a week and I was seriously upset when it was sold , so when I heard that olivier jasko was re opening in galway I was delighted even if it was a trek I did nt mind his food is just so good and I really hope to see him open up again in Dublin but as for him moving to an american company I don t think thats true he has a restaurant in France called the yacht club and I don t think he would go to America he loves Ireland and France and has family in both countries. I hope that he stays in Ireland I am just waiting to eat in his place again soon !! well, he has no restaurant called the yacht club, the hotel is closed down and no way he would actually get a job as a general manager in any country. enough said.
