Your question cannot be answered with the information currently available."More Famous" is too idiomatic for anyone to provide an adequate answer without poll data from various areas & age groups, perhaps even from different socio economic groups.Without any data of this sort there is no way to really determine which person is more widely known to the general populace therefore any answer would really be speculation, opinion and/or conjecture from the individual who answered.

It's Keith RichardS. the Stones' early manager/impresario Andrew Loog Oldham dropped the 's' out of Keith's family name to make it sound more 'pop' (as in Cliff Richard). However the 's' returned around 1978/79 and has stayed there ever since.
Brian Jones was the original Lead. Jones died in 1969 and Keith Richards moved across from rhythm guitar to full time lead; the job he was doing more and more as Jones' interest in the band waned.
Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, members of The Rolling Stones, famously lived at a house in Edith Grove, Chelsea, in the 1960s. This modest flat became a hub for the band and their friends during the height of their early fame. Later, Jagger moved to a more upscale residence in the same area, while Richards has lived in various locations, including a home in West London. Their Chelsea homes were significant in shaping the rock and roll scene of that era.
Chuck Berry reportedly attempted to set Keith Richards on fire during a performance in the 1980s as a part of a staged prank. Berry, known for his unpredictable behavior, was trying to create a dramatic effect, but the incident was more about showmanship than malice. Richards, a member of The Rolling Stones, took it in stride, reflecting the wild and often chaotic nature of rock and roll culture during that era. The event became a memorable anecdote illustrating the eccentricities of both musicians.

Gordon Richards rode more winners overall than Lester Piggott. Richards holds the record for the most career wins in British horse racing history, with over 4,000 victories. Piggott, while one of the most famous jockeys, retired with around 4,400 wins, but he raced fewer times than Richards. Thus, in terms of total wins, Richards has the edge.
