Manuel Fuentebella was a doctor and a Representative who served in the 7th (1925-1928) and 8th(1928-1931) Philippine Legislature during the American colonial period. He was also known to be an orator and a poet in Bikol and Spanish.

HIs parents were Mariano Fuentebella and Perpetua Tria, both natives of Sangay, Camarines Sur. His father also served as governor of Ambos Camarines (1912-1916) and gobernadorcillo of Sangay during the Spanish times.
