Who is hoda sister?

I was not able to find any generic allocation for this, so there may not be an universal title that is 'hoda sister'. However I managed to found several Likedin, Tweeter etc. online profiles with a nickname Hoda Sister. So I assume a hoda sister is perfaps out of some book. All these profiles referred to Egypt, Somalia and other muslim locations, so assuming this relates to some muslim 'inside joke' aka some sort of book, story we outsiders do not know about.
