The purpose of the character is so that WWE Creative Team is able to influence the show with an authority figure, without having that authority figure steal the spotlight away from the actual talent (such as how Vickie Guerrero did as GM). The persona of the Anonymous RAW General Manager is presently under the direction of the Head Writer for RAW, Dave Kapoor (better known as Ranjin Singh in the ring).

In the end Mamori stays with Hiruma as his MANGER. Even though he does care for her deeply, there is no sexual contact between them. She stays a close friend/Manger. There is no part that the two kiss or Hiruma and Mamori confess that he/she loves him/her. This anime was made to show friendship and team work. There really is no romanti contact between the friends. The only one of the friends taht show and signs of hooking up is Suzana and Sena who sometimes show hints of liking each other but that question is never answered.
