Fugaku Uchiha is Sasuke and Itachi's father. He believed that Itachi was the Uchiha clan's future and did everything in his power to aid Itachi in his goal. As a result, he often scorned Sasuke. Even after being told from Itachi to spend time with Sasuke, Fugaku continued to spend more time with Itachi. Though Fugaku often talked about Sasuke when his wife and him were alone.
