I think sasuke grandpa is Madara Uchihia because Madara was expellled from the Uchihia clan and that considering his relative age. It could probably inherite the titile of the Uchihia Clan. It would therefore be logically mean that the second strongest/ most capable Uchihia took the place of the leader after Madara left.
