well,the person who killed mr. Burns was Maggie, the baby of Homer Simpson.Mr. Burns saw Maggie hold a lollie in her hand,he always wanted to steal candy from a baby. when he came to the window to take the lollie from her, his gun fell into her hands and she accidently pressed the shot button, so yeah!Or it really could of been anyone because when homer attacks mr burns he might of got hair on his suit and then anyone could of shot him and maybe mr burns blamed Maggie to not fire smithers. and that gun in the car could of been grandpas gun. And W.S can stand for smithers full name, either smithers or Maggie could of done it and the south east is a whole matter of luck. I used the word "and" a lot it seems like.
His full title is Mr Charles Montgomery Burns. He owns the Springfield Nuclear Powerplant and he's Homer Simpson's boss. His personality can only be described as "heartless". He is thin with grey hair, expensive suit and always seems to be bent over.
