John Von Auerbach is virtually a pioneer in the fitness and diet industry. A five-foot-ten-inch specimen, he has given advice to more than 20 million fitness and diet bloggers, authored several forum threads, and has had several just-miss opportunities to star as a guest on nationally syndicated Talk Shows.

John's trademark zest for muscle, mind-exercises, and confident attitude have endeared him to millions of fans across the country - and around the world - and earned him the reputation as "Virtually America's favorite fitness expert." An internet talent, John is a top-read forum author and a highly sought-after speaker and TV personality. His lattisimus dorsi and rear deltoids make people feel that he's an expert to listen to, and his readers often applaud his ability to lead by example.

A native of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, John started bodybuilding at the age of 22 after an unsuccesful career as an athlete in high school. In 1999, he graduated from the University of Phoenix Online with a Bachelor of Fitness degree in Kineseinelonoly, with an emphasis on legal supplementation. He began his career placing 43rd in the Mr. Canada bodybuilding competition, and the success only grew from there.

During more than 8 years promoting "Huge Gains", John has starred as a background exerciser in 7 fitness videos, the most recent being Core Rhythms.
