Jim helped invent the gas flush system used world wide in development of extending shelf life on ground beef products.

Also was credited with inventing the famous McDonald Pork McRib.

Know for his kindness was often referred to as, Uncle Jim

He was infected with Cancer in 2000 and lived and is still alive more than 10 years later.
