Edgar Cayce was a psychic, but not you average psychic. he would have someone hypnotise him, and ask him questions. these questions and answers would be recorded by stenographer Gladys Davis. he dropped out of school in the 8th grade, yet he could "in trance" give comprehensive diagnosis' to patients. he was the first person to suggest using a nail to mend a broken leg. he cured many people. he also gave "life readings", where he would tell you your "planetary influence's" and where you lived your past life, and what you did. at first Edgar couldn't believe in reincarnation, because he was a christian. although "the source"(Cayce in trance) claimed Christians originally believed in reincarnation. the source also claimed Edgar and Gladys were soul mates that had spent many incarnations together.(probably not to his wife Gertrude's liking.) he was a great prophet that touched on many subjects such as atlantis, jesus, ww1,2,and 2012.
