I believe she is dating Hayden Whitmire. Caitlin once tweeted that she was watching cheaters and that if someone does that to her she is gonna make him hold a sign that says "i cheated on my gf, this is my punishment, feel free to hit me" and stand in front of everyone. Hayden then tweeted: "don't worry I would never do that to you:)". It also states in Hayden's profile the he is dating the most beautiful girl in the world, he recently tweeted to Caitlin and said "I'm very lucky to have you in my life. you are the most beautiful girl in the world and I hope you feel better soon<3". So yeah, I'm pretty sure they're dating.
