Absolutely everybody on the planet except Shinji and Asuka. That happened in "End of Evangelion", though. The death list of the main series includes fifteen angels, Kaji, some military personnel, and a cat. Outside of the timeline and shown in flashbacks, Asuka's mother hangs herself and Ritsuko's mother jumps off a command center-ish area. I think they took her brain and put it in a machine she made. That's all that I can think of off the top of my head. I'm happy I spoiled the series for you, jerk.
