John Hurt - Voice Over John goodman - Father Holly Hunt - Mother Kids - don't know!
Not sure which one you refer to, but I am pretty sure the actor Keith Carradine is doing the voice - you might know him as Special Agent Lundy from showtime's Dexter
The blonde actress in the 2009 Marshalls and TJ Maxx Christmas TV ad is likely to be Jennifer Coolidge. Known for her comedic roles, Coolidge has appeared in various films and television shows, gaining popularity for her distinctive voice and quirky characters. If you're referring to a specific ad, it may help to verify with a visual reference, as multiple actresses can sometimes appear in similar campaigns.

In the first American Bank radio spot featuring Granny, the voice is provided by actress and voice talent, Lynda Carter. She is best known for her role as Wonder Woman in the 1970s television series. The ad uses Granny’s character to convey a friendly and approachable tone for the bank's services.
its called u create from radica
if it the same one that started running in Canada sept/oct 2012 then I vote it as the worst voice-over of all time. Sounds like the ad agency used some staff member and pocketed the money. If Samsung paid this guy (or Agency) they should sue or at least; start shopping for a new ad agency. WORST VOICE-OVER of ALL-TIME!
