I may be missunderstanding your question. Are you asking who Scarlet Ortiz is or if she has any sisters? Scarlet Ortiz is a very famous Latina actress hwo has appeared in a number of "Daytime Dramas" on various Spanish speaking networks. To me as well as many others she reminds us of a young Geena Davis. ie. Very Hot. I have no idea if she has any siblings as most of the sites with her bio are in Spanish of which I speak very little. On a long shot, were you trying to find out about "The Sisters of Scarlet?" Don't know much, they are/were an Irish group either completely or almost completely female.
