Some of the stars from the 1948 movie called Key Largo are Humphrey Bogart, Edward G. Robinson, and Lauren Bacall. Some of the stars from the 1946 movie called The Big Sleep are Humphrey Bogart, Lauren Bacall, and John Ridgely.
This would depend on the actor/actress, the movie's budget, and how big there role was in the film. As silly as some of those SyFy channel original movies are, some of them can get quite the cult following. Also, some of those movies can get some big names in for one reason or another. The budgets on these movies don't tend to be big, as shown by some of the hilarious special effects, which leads to people saying "all the money went to the name". This means they spent all of their money getting big names in their movie, and not a lot on the movie itself. All in all, it would probably be worth looking into the movies separately, as opposed to vaguely generalizing it.
The stars are much farther away from us than the sun is. In reality, some of the stars are actually larger than the sun.
The Big Dipper is simply a group of stars, that happen to be fairly bright, and more or less in the same direction. If you see a "constellation" - a group of stars that forms some picture - that doesn't necessarily mean the stars are related to one another. It is likely that some of the stars are several times farther away than others.
Stars are typically much larger than planets, including the sun. The sun is considered an average-sized star, while there are stars that are much larger in size and brightness.
