Yes she did! Only 4 out of 9 children were fully hers though. Minerva, Mars, Hebe, and Vulcan were her full children with her husband/ brother Jupiter. Juno's brother/husband had MANY affairs with other goddesses and most of the affairs came with a child. Proserpina, Apollo, Diana, Mercury and Venus was Juno's step children. Hope this helped!
