This other answer was made in 2012, but I would say it's not accurate. In 2012, the women in the WWE included Eve Torres, The Bella Twins, Natalya, Beth Phoenix, Layla, Paige, AJ Lee, etc. ... Kelly Kelly has long feet that are still around average size, so they're bigger than her average size counterparts such as Eve Torres, Paige and Brie and Nikki Bella. Obviously much bigger than Layla and AJ Lee's. But Natalya, Beth Phoenix and Tamina were in the WWE at the time and they all have big feet (bigger than Kelly Kelly's) so I would say the answer for that time would be one of them.

It's 2021 now and the answer today is obviously Charlotte. Her feet are huge. There are so many more women in the WWE now that there could be some that may give her a run for her money, but I looked at the roster and I still think Charlotte has the biggest feet. I know Jessamyn Duke from NXT apparently is the same size as her, but the eye test says they're still not as big. Rhea Ripley has pretty big feet. Natalya is still in the WWE so she needs to be mentioned, of course. Tamina is as well. Billie Kay has big and long feet, but none of them are as big as Charlotte.

As for the more popular women, Sasha Banks, Bayley, Becky Lynch, Asuka, Carmella, Lacey Evans, etc. ... They're all around average size, some on the larger side (Bayley, Becky Lynch, Lacey Evans), others on the smaller side (Asuka, Carmella, Sasha Banks) ...

But Charlotte is the queen when it comes to feet size, too.
