I believe it was actually from a commercial for a Frozen Yogurt snack pop called Push Ups. They looked like frozen pops on a stick, but they came individually wrapped in a paper/cardboard cylindrical sleeve. You would push up on the stick to get at the frozen yogurt on top (think lipstick, only bigger with a stick coming out the bottom). My mom thought they were somehow healthier than ice cream.
