∙ 9y agoThe Carrow siblings, Amycus and Alecto. They were death eaters who were placed at the school by Lord Voldemort during the 1997/1998 school year. Amycus taught Dark Arts and Alecto taught Muggle Studies (which was very different from traditional Muggle Studies). The two were placed in charged of punishment, and frequently tortured students.
