Well if you want to publish/sell your manga, you should do some research on it. It is much more complicated than you think. After you get your research done and finish the name (note not name as in title but in another definition) you should schedule a meeting with an editor, and your editor will tell you what to do.

It is Original English Language manga, or manga that was originally published in English.
manga in japanese
We Were There - manga - was created in 2006.
There is a manga for Naruto SD. See the related link for the online manga.
I live in Japan and have tried to submit my manga in english, but they wont accept it, to i suggest you translate it in japanese along with the sound effects and everything.
no , you can submit it onine , try tokyo pop or online publishers or contacting manga publishing compagnies , plus there is a manga contest held every year and you can enter from any part of the world
Most manga artists in Japan submit a 'oneshot' manga piece when they are in high school. (Usually in response to some contest a magazine puts out.) After they graduate high school, they usually start a small job and then start creating a manga. If the manga does well, they quit the job and become a full time manga artist. So, no, I don't think manga artists need a bachelor degree.
Some guy told me I should send a manga company a one-shot. If they consider it a great manga, you can make your own manga. That's how many manga writers like Masashi Kishimoto (creator of Naruto) started out. If your manga is way popular, the manga company's boss or publisher would discuss with you if you would want it turned into an anime, I think. So you should think about finding the adress or manga company building. Its cool you want to make your own manga, because I want to make my own too! Good luck, have fun!Tokyopop, a major manga publisher in North America, holds a contest for people to submit their own manga - it's called The Rising Stars of Manga. Some successful manga have spawned from this! You also may want to purchase a manga editor for your computer, such as Manga Studio 3.0.
You have your own studio, and you generally submit your work to a magazine or a publishing company or both, and they pay you a royalty of the the funds they make off of your work.
Yes; Yen Press will allow you to submit some samples of your work and they may publish it. You can also try and write it as a webcomic or self-publish.
im not sure what you mean "cun to life" however, Manga companies in the united states dont make manga. They kind of just distribute manga from foreign countries. Tokyopop being an exception. It hosts its annual rising stars of manga where aspiring U.S. comic artists enter their own one shot. Still, you can't just "send" your idea for "one" character. It has to be a comic.

You can use online self-publishing site like lulu.com You can also submit your work to big companies like Tokyopop or Oni Press, but it's very doubtful they accept submissions right now. There are also smaller publishing companies and manga magazines that aren't well-known but you can hunt them down online; they're always looking for new artists :)
this manga can be read for free at either manga fox, one manga or zen manga :)
Will submit.
