First of all , it is Bobby Hebb ( not to be confused with Bobby Helms of Jingle Bell Rock fame)- Helms has a nautical sound. Mr. Hebb died a couple of years ago, it received little attention. I once heard him live at a back-up act at a concert at the original (Pink Paradise)- Palisades Park. He was one of a kind.
