Varrio Indio Viejo (V-i-V or Los Tiguas) is located in the Hart of Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo in El Paso Texas. Its exact time of the gangs formation is unknown but it started in the early 1900's. It was formed by one Tito Duran and included many other Tiguas. Its purpose was to stand against other gangs from trying to come into the Varrio and claim it as there own, its first members were just relatives of the Duran family later the Gomez,Loera,Ruiz and other families of the Tigua Tribe soon joined in. They are known to traffic Marijuana, Coke, Heroin, ex, pills, and other narcotics. As well in human trafficking. The gang which started in the original Pueblo Viejo is still there but has expanded to knew Pueblos the Tiguas have built now they have territories in Socorro,Central,San Eli,Horizon, and all over El Paso, But there are new members in Austin, Amarillo, Huston, and threw out Texas, Arizona, Mexico, New Mexico, and California. Varrio Indio reps using red Bandannas but they are not to be confused with the Bloods gang or Nortenos gang, but there is peace and unity between the gangs. Today's members are just as ruthless maybe even more so then early members. They have been known to do home invasions, kidnappings, murder, and many other Haynes crimes. They are at war with only a few gangs but most dont mess with Varrio Indio because its not the things we know about its the ones we dont know that really makes this an unstoppable dangerous and deadly Street gang. There also associated with an up in coming rap group known as Northern Homicide which included Lil Ruben & Mr. Lazy Boy who are also known members of Varrio Indio Viejo and they show there faithfulness to there gang threw there music in one such song as This one's for the Tiguas, Fu_k da Blue, and many more.
