Patrick's t-shirt is at the Chum Bucket. If you go there you will see it outside of the Chum Bucket to the right.

Jellyfishing Net

The jellyfishing net is outside of Spongebob's house

Glasses

Once you get the jellyfishing net, talk to Squidward, who should be standing outside his door. He will tell you to go do his shift at the cashier, so do that then come back and talk to him. He will then give you the glasses.
