Shay Butler, commonly known as Shaycarl is an internet star made famous by his you-tube channels.

On his second channel he makes daily vlogs which get on average at least 200,000 views. Some amassing more than one million views
Because the user-name is shaytards he calls his children BabyTard , PrincessTard , and SonTard . His Wife also goes by the alias of Katilette. Shay is from Pocatello, Idaho but has moved out to California for the summer to be with other tuber's, make videos, and have fun. Currently, he resides in Idaho again.

update: Shaytards is now more popular then ShayCarl. The videos are being viewed an average of 200,000 times now and with 391,000 subscribers there have been over 108,000,000 total video plays. They have moved out to California for good now but are back in Idaho at there home for 3 weeks. While they were there Kaitilette announced through a daily vlog that she is pregnant, the baby quickly picked up the name, Fetustard. They probably will pick up a new name for the baby boy as he grows, but for now it remains fetustard.

In his most recent video both Katilette and Shay have said they are going to be moving back to Idaho April 1st. One due to the fact it will be cheaper to have the baby in Idaho than in California and Two because their rent in California was at least two times their rent in Idaho so it is much more logical for them to live in Idaho with the baby coming.

He also mentioned he is moving to Idaho because most of his family lives there, so he won't need to pay for a babysitter, etc. He said he sill still fly back to California sometimes to film TheStation videos.
Shay Has completed a full year of vlogs and will continue on through 2010.
Shay is a very popular partner on youtube.
