Where did Frodo Gandalf and Sam live?

Gandalf does not reside exactly anywhere in Middle-earth, but is a roamer type. He stays a while in Rivendell, sometimes in Minas Tirith, maybe in Bree, a spot of time in the Shire, a glass of duration at Edoras, a sip of span at Lorien, but he seems to always be on the move. Originally he came from the far west in Valinor, and after the fall of Sauron that is where he returned to.

Frodo lived in Brandywine Hall in the east of the Shire for the first two decades of his life, and after that went to live in Bag End, first with Bilbo and later on his own. Gandalf does not have a home, but wanders all over the parts of Middle-earth known to us.
