The Chipettes were born in Australia and abandoned as babies. They were adopted by an Australian girl named Olivia, also an orphan. The orphanage's owner took notice of their musical talent and wished to exploit them; they escaped aboard a cargo ship to New York City. Under the professional name "The Chipettes", the girls moved to Los Angeles, where they met The Chipmunks.
Well some dude hit a chipmunk with his car and since people were getting sick of 007 he came up with the idea of singing chipmunks and his parents and Brother were named those names of the chipmunks and thts how it all began
Well the Chipettes weren't exactly on the first Alvin and the Chipmunks movie but the directors or filmakers on special features on the first movie mentioned the Chippetes would of be on the second film that was Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakqual cause we first needed to meet the Chipmunks in real live first than the Chippetes then on second and then the rest of the movies they would be all 6 together
