In countries where the show plays you may be able to stream recent episodes on the official websites of the broadcasters, such as Space in Canada. At one point the BBC was releasing older episodes to YouTube but this might only be viewable within the UK.

yes you can. you can watch him on nick.co.uk but there only little short bits. so if you want to watch full episodes you must watch them on youtube in fast mode or normal. you can watch any episode ever made like really old ones or brand spanking new ones
I go to hulu and watch-series.com. If you go to watch-series, I totally recommend using the mega-video links, they buffer quickly. But, you can only watch 72 minutes, and then you have to wait awhile before you can watch more.

On TLC, old episodes are run right before new episodes. On TLC.com, there are webisodes and clips iTunes, you can pay to watch episodes Hulu has some episodes
You can't watch old blue peters unless you recorded it on iplayer and saved it to your computer. Although you can watch clips on the blue peter website and on youtube but not full episodes.
