I would try either Alivans (click on "Wizard Wears" from the menu on the left-hand side) or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Online Shop.
Alivan's are a bit more expensive, and have satin lining. The others have different material and are a little bit less expensive, though they still cost quite a bit. I personally own the WWOHP robes, as they are actual movie replicas, and would highly recommend them.
On both websites you can find colours for all four houses (Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Slytherin).

Harry disliked Draco Malfoy from the first time he met him. It was before Harry started at Hogwarts, but he was buying his supplies. Malfoy reminded Harry strongly of his cousin, Dudley, who went out of his way to make Harry miserable. Malfoy bragged about being able to bully his father into things, and was talking down about other people, without knowing Harry at all.
